Regular Events
The following groups meet on a regular basis. Please check the current newsletter for any changes to date, time or venue.
Mothers Union
The Mothers union normaly meets twice a month in the Parish Church. The first Wednesday in the month for Corporate Communion and the fourth Wednesday in the month for other events. See latest Events page or Parish Magazine for more details.
Senior Youth Group
The Senior Youth Group normaly meets at the Parish Hall Charlton on Sundays 7.30 in term time. See latest newsletter for the current week's activity.
Intercessions Group
The Intercessions Group meets in the Parish Church on Mondays at 7.00 pm, after the 6.30 pm Mass. It is an informal group that meets to pray for the needs of others, including the intercessions posted on the Notice Boards in our churches. The meeting lasts about 30 minutes.
Monday Chapter
The Monday Chapter meets on a Monday at 8.00pm. It is an ecumenical group which meets fortnightly in term time for Bible Study and discussion. Please check the Parish Diary for dates and venue.
Bell Ringing Practice
There is bell ringing practice at the Parish Church every Tuesday. All are welcome - 7.00pm Beginners - 7.30pm Main Practice - 9.00pm retire to a local hostelry
Wellsprings
Wellsprings meets on the second Thursday of the month at 8.00 pm at St Katharine's. It is a group for those needing some guidance in contemplative prayer.
Julian Meetings
Julian Meetings are held on the last Thursday of the month at 8.00 pm at St Katharine's. it is a Christian contemplative meditation group for people who wish to seek God in silent prayer. A 'lead in' is usually followed by half an hour of silence.
