Each day at the club will have its own particular theme, which will be explored in workshops and activities during the morning and afternoon sessions. These will include cooking, art, craft, parachute games and more!
There will also be opportunities for free play with a range of games including snooker and table football. Weather permitting, we will take children for walks in the locality and play games in nearby parks and in our own medium sized garden.
Mid-session snacks and drinks will be provided but children who are staying all day will need to bring a packed lunch. Please note we do not permit nuts or nut based foods on the premises. A light tea will be offered to children staying for the late afternoon session.
The Club is Ofsted registered and is run by qualified and experienced staff. We operate a staffing ratio of at least 1 adult to 8 children and there is always a minimum of two staff on duty. At least one member of staff qualified in first aid will be present at all times.
Our policies are outlined in the Butler Centre Breakfast and After School Club prospectus, which is available from the Centre.
Please note that our Holiday Clubs are only open to primary school age children.
The day is split into 4 sessions and any combination of sessions can be booked subject to the availability of places.
